Domestic Shipping (USA)

● Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business
days.
● Carrier Partners: We primarily ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your package
arrives safely.
● Tracking: Once your order hits the trail, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with
a tracking number to monitor its journey.
 

Return & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our apparel. If you need to make a return, please ensure your request
meets the following criteria:

Return Requirements

● Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received them.
● Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their
original condition with all tags attached.
● Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized gear are not eligible for
return.

The Refund Process

1. Return Shipment: Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, our team
will inspect the items.
2. Approval: Upon verification of the item’s condition, we will trigger the refund to your
original payment method.
3. Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your
account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for
return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
